I payed for the $20 update on tuesday, but so far I have yet to see a single cent charged to my paypal account. It's weird.
 
Apple does not charge till the end of the billing cycle, which for iTunes is 2 weeks at a time i think.
 
On many occasions I've bought songs or videos and haven't been charged for a few days. Apple'll bill you eventually :)

Edit: Or KoolStar can sneak in ahead of me :eek:
