So most people jumped at the 6 Plus wow

I've personally been longing for the day Apple released a 5+ inch phone. I jumped on that sucker as fast as I could. Can't say I'm surprised most people landed on that choice either, most people buying into Apple opt for the top-of-the-line so to speak.
It's a better value for an extra hundred. More real estate and a better battery with more camera options. Plus, a lot of people who jumped off of Apple likely jumped right back when they released a phablet model. I think this iPhone Plus might get Apple back to the top spot in the smartphone market.
I think the 6 Plus is going to be more popular that many thought. However, I also think early adopters (we losers who are waiting to pounce at 12:01 am) are more likely to be "power users" or tech nerds, and frankly males, who will be more likely to buy the bigger screen than the general public.
I'm going to guess that in the end, once the mass public buys in, the 6+ will be something like 25%-30% of iPhone 6 sales. I'm also going to guess early sales of the gold color will be very low, but grow later, again, as the general public starts buying (but it will still be by far the least popular color).

If the 6 had the same features as the 6+ I'm sure the 6 would have been the most popular. I'm only getting the 6+ for that reason.
Its very likely that the 6 will still actually be the most popular the iPhone+ is probably just available in more limited quantities.
can't be wearing them skinny manr... fit perfectly in jeans, board shorts, cargo shorts, whatever. Never tried skinny jeans.
=D Hey, my work pants, khakis, suits, they're all tailored fit and slim, the 6+ would definitely fit there. But my jeans though, pockets are too small.
a lot of ppl that ordered are also former android users. So that could explain it.
How do you know the PLUS stock wasn't more limited. Sounds like you are making assumptions to me.
I will be replacing my 4 after 4 years of service as Apple have now ended support for it so I may get a plus on that contract as well as a 6 as my main phone so I am covering both bases then.
It is possible they simply had less 6 Plus phones to sell. I wanted one but settled for two of the regualr 6 units. Just do not want to carry that "honker" all day!
The note 3 fits in all my jeans: diesel, levis, Armani, CK, Sean John, Ralph Lauren etc. Unless you are a woman the 6+ should fit.

That's what I think too. They went for the higher specs, which to me are very insignificant.
I wanted the 6+ but I wear Khaki tailored pants and the iPhone+ was just too large to carry around without constantly taking it out of my pocket all the time. I tested it out with a cardboard cutout of the 6+ and it was almost sticking out of my pocket.
