I’ve had a case on it and never dropped my phone but somehow the paint chipped off a very small tiny piece. I mean I just noticed it but like it never happened on my 11 pro in green. I have the blue one now:

Could the case have damaged the sides in any way? Curious to see pictures!

It’s possible the case could’ve let debris in and nicked/chipped the paint. It’s one reason why I always take my case off every 2 days and clean my phone in case debris get inside to prevent chipping the paint.

I would need another device that has good auto focus lol. It’s right where the screen meets the side so possibly but it would have to be a pretty big piece of dirt. It doesn’t bother me but I found it weird it would do that when my 11 pro in green never did that.

Possibly. I mean it is what it is. I don’t even use a screen protector. Never had any issues with scratches and only broke my iPhone 6 Plus screen.
