So Pegasus2 is delayed?

They said November, there's no sign of any Pegasus2 shipping anywhere. Has anyone contacted Promise about this?

One of my big reasons for souring on TB since relying on it heavily for the last 1.5 years has been the constant missing of launch dates for all kinds of gear. It's unbelievable.

Really not surprising. Intel said there would not be volume shipments of TB 2 until 2014.

There farther the "Ooooh look we are on TB v2 2013 the bandwagon too" effect spread the thinner the supply of TB v2 controllers were going to get. Apple most likely Bogarted everyone else out of the limited supply it to keep the relatively much higher volume MBP revisions rolling out over the last month.
