General So quasar was/is the only thing that allows ipad/iPhone to run multiapp?

So the galaxy note 2 can do it, there has to be a jailbreak app out or something that will allow the ipad/ipad mini/iPhone 5 to run more than one thing on the screen at once.

Anyone know of anything? I am sure that even after quasar does this for the ipad after update, the iPhone 5 can handle two things showing at once, is there anything?
