256mb integ+512mb dedicated gpu
super fast processor
storage capability(although with mb u can get bigger aftermarket drives to equal it)
firewire 800(backward comp. 400 with adapter)
most importantly bigger penis status at ur local starbucks.

Prior to 1992 you could not compete in the Olympic games with a MacBook Pro whereas you could with a MacBook. However, amateur status is no longer a requirement. Happy notebooking!

Wider viewing angles? How so I thought there were both the same type of screen just not the same size.

The screens are vastly different. On the normal MB, and side to side viewing angle is great, but the up/down angle is horrible If the screen is tilted too far back it goes to "negative" colors very quickly.

Also, the Pro screen has much deeper/richer blacks than that of the MB's.
