I have noticed on my 4S phone a couple of times. When my phone is just sitting there.

I hear is say soso in what sounds like a Asian female voice.

At first I thought it was something to do with ios7. But just a hour ago I heard it on my iPad mini sitting new t to me. The cover was closed and it was not in use.

Has anybody else heard it, or know what the heck it is ?
