Just downloaded Monolingual to delete unused languages on my Mac, only to find that one of the languages installed is Klingon!!
 
It’s not listed under Languages in System Preferences. Are you sure it’s not a localization of one of your third party apps?

When you set your languages on Google, I’m pretty sure they have Klingon. They also have things like Elmer Fudd and Bork Bork Bork.
 
Apple's system will go into any language you define, so you can easily have applications localized into languages that are not defined in the OS. It sounds like one of your apps did exactly that. I bet that there is a place you can add bundles to to add more language definitions, but have never searched that out.

Well, when he announced macs were shipping with Internet Explorer (way back when) and then followed that announced with 'but because we believe in choice'

I swear, I laughed so hard (because its not true).
