Anyone seen burn-in / image retention on their ipad mini Retina.
We heard that was the reason for the delay so I really hope Apple has fixed it!

You mean the burn they said was not noticeable by the end user?

https://www.macrumors.com/2013/11/0...ue-to-burn-in-issue-on-sharps-display-panels/

"While the burn-in issue is reportedly invisible to users, the panels do not meet Apple's specifications and thus the high rejection rate has resulted in low panel yields for the tablet."

They had 2 more weeks to fix/deliver before "later in November" was over so im guessing it was resolved or not a big deal

True but still something that delayed the production.

I know, but you asked if someone had seen the burn in. If it was invisible to the user to begin with, and if Apple rejected the panels that were defective (thus delaying production), then it would be unlikely anyone has seen anything.

Although given some of the super human eyesight some posters have, I guess I shouldn't be surprised if someone does report the invisible burn in...
