What are your guys' thoughts about that Chinese website's posting?

Was it totally bogus, or was it a future iPhone?

It seemed to have the tech world in a tizzy, and no company would go to that great lengths to full scale manufacture (and sell) the bezel just to fool people.

Could have been a test unit, which I suspect the matte black iphone on the front page of macrumors is. Test units probably had that and the black bezel rather than the chrome bezel. The iphones with the supposed front facing cameras were hoaxes though.

That Chinese website also had legit 3g backs in many different, cool colors for like 8 bucks.

yeah the website was www.chinaontrade.com and guess what? They have removed the fake bezel from their site
