Possibly, but even if they get it sorted soon, they'll have to wait at least 6 months to release it to avoid annoying the 4S mugs.

they are indeed for the "iPhone 5" that we've seen mock ups of...unfortunately Samsung's law suit have delayed that phone from being released....read between the lines
