You can't send MMSes from iPhones at all yet. The charges are similar to SMSes. If you have unlimited messaging, you'll be fine.
I forgot to mention "after hack IPCC file and enable MMS in iphone".
I was able to make tethering work but still no luck with MMS.
I have 1500 SMS plan.
