Whoops, I’ve been a naughty boy!

It will be interesting to see next week after I upgrade to iOS 26, I think Sleep Score is going to judge me harshly. 😆 My bedtime is irregular (and almost always late at night), I usually sleep 5-7 hours a night, and have at least 1-2 interruptions. I doubt I'll ever see a 100 score.

Tried it for the first time last night and got 94. I wear the watch religiously since it launched but never really felt comfortable with something on my wrist while I slept. But I'm using my son's older Series 6 40mm which is nice and light and not as noticeable as my Ultra for sleeping.

That's awesome. Do we know how these metrics work at all? I got 45/50 for duration (7h 9m), but my goal/routine has always been 7 hours of sleep.

I was surprised to find out I’m a good sleeper. I’d done 30 min of meditation that evening.
Any of y’all use headspace or fitness+ and did their wind down sleep meditation?

Double down with AirPods, dim nightlights and use background sounds and noise cancelling for the best experience!

Btw bad thing is that if you have to sleep early to get up early for work the sleep score decreases.

Also I usually get up in middle of night if I have to get a sip of water from the water bottle, remove AirPods after a sleep meditation and/or kick off the blanket if it’s too hot in my room.
