You need to sleep well, it's good for your health. I was young and didn't understand it, and now I regret it and I can't get my health back
Same here!
I discovered some great tips from the Headspace app that helped me boost my sleep score on my Apple Watch and improve my sleep tracking. It’s a subscription service, but if you qualify for lifetime access or a trial pass, you can give it a shot. Just a heads-up, HealthKit is only supported in their app for mindful minutes.
They also have an 18-video series called “Finding Your Best Sleep,” along with audio white noise, meditation, relaxation music, and bedtime stories (sleep casts) on their app.
From the series, I found some helpful videos of Headspace users sharing their sleep habits and tips. Here are a few I found useful for improving your sleep:
Try to avoid caffeine in the evening. You might notice a difference if you skip coffee for dinner or lunch instead of in the morning. Even a small amount of caffeine from a latte or espresso can still be in your system. If you don’t need to burn it off or want to avoid sleep interruptions, drink coffee in moderation and save it for tomorrow morning, or opt for something caffeine-free or NON alcoholic, like a Starbucks refresher, cranberry juice, coconut water, lemonade, or just water.
Dealing with setbacks: If you’ve had a few nights of poor sleep, remember that the next night will be better as we gradually improve. Don’t worry too much if you didn’t reach your sleep goal perfectly.
Putting worries aside: Try not to overthink things at the wrong time, like when you’re trying to relax and go to sleep. Save it for when you really need it, like when you’re at work and need to focus on important tasks.
I also like to listen to sleep meditation and relaxing music to help me focus on relaxing and slowing down before I fall asleep. Put on your AirPods, switch on the background noises and ANC, and put on your meditation with your iPhone on the dock, SCREEN OFF. Every time you get on the bed to tuck yourself in.
you slept of 1h 10 min and you get a score of 97? that is quite bizarre to be frank. unless I'm misinterpreting that number under "sleep" ...
Bro it counted the part at the end when she went to take a nap after she woke up from sleep in the morning.
