So what's next for Samsung on June 20th?

Nothing to be excited about. It's likely going to be an ATIV laptop, tablet and the Galaxy S4 Mini.

Announcing the Note 3 would be totally unexpected and unlikely, though it'd be awesome. As with you, I expect it at IFA this year.
 
The screenshot shows a stylus right? I have a feeling Samsung might be releasing the note 3 considering galaxy is an android brand.

Honestly, if you look closely, it looks like the rear of something, possibly the next Galaxy Tab. I thought it was a stylus at first too, but the honeycomb pattern fades, but keeps going.

Just as the S series comes out in the spring, the Note series comes out in the fall. It wont be announced in June, it will be announced late Aug and released in Sept as usual.
