iPod touch So what's up with Smart Playlists?

Some work, some don't?

My smart playlist that I have for music videos with the following criteria works:
-Kind is Music Video
-Match only checked items
-Live updating

But my playlist for Top 10 most listened to songs shows random songs once synced to the touch.

Anyone know any way to remedy this? I need to be able to sync my library to my Touch since its almost 30GB.

this is a known issue that's affected the iphone since launch. that was three months ago, and apple still hasn't fixed it. if these playlists are important to you, i suggest you manually make a new playlist and copy songs over from your smart playlist and sync the non-smart list to the ipod.

That's I've been doing, just wondering if maybe I was doing something wrong since some work and some don't.
