According to my barber's best friends cousin who is a janitor at Apple, it will be 5 days after the US Release. That date has been posted here for well over a year now.
According to your forum entry date (2010), you should know better than to ask anyone on a forum regarding "When do we think" questions. We are not apple and the only ones that know.
I heard that Cook got rubbed the wrong way by some wise-ass UK judge, and that they're planning not to release it over there at all.
