Am I wrong or didn't Apple usually announce the third wave countries by now? I have no idea when the iPhone 7 is coming to my country this time.

Stock is still comically limited in the first (and second) wave countries (7 Plus at least). This hasn't stopped them before though, so the third wave should launch in a few weeks. Mid October probably.
