Will scalpers be able to file unemployment? I'm just curious to know how they will receive income once it becomes impossible to sell ipads at a premium.

They go back to another job or move onto another product. Most scalpers only do it part time.

Fulltime if they know how. but they are amateurs.
I just sold my iPad1 for more than I paid for it a year ago. So I took a year to scalp!
iPad 32 3G went for $500, Unlimited Data Simcard went for $325. Actually felt bad about selling the Sim for so much and backed out of the meetup. but was pursued by the buyer to sell it, so I did. They were going for much more on ebay that week.

It depends if they contributed to the unemployment fund in their state from their sales, then perhaps.....
