So who else got screwed by the Apple.com Reservation # System?

When it was all said and done, who lost their reservation spot because it would not process?

My wife's phone did. We had to reorder after the Reservation # expired on the 13th. We went from a 19th delivery on hers to Oct 2 - Oct 7, which sucks because my phone processed fine for the 19th delivery.

Apple.com would NOT upgrade us to expedited shipping even though two different reps tried to process the # through.
