Apple Card So who stole my money? Goldman Sachs or Apple?

I purchased the Apple iPad under the Apple Card no interest in 2years. I returned the mini and went with the Pro but when I did this I went to the store for the transaction. NOTE: Folks at the store were great. I returned my iPad and got the Pro. So of course this undoubtedly caused some confusion and Apple added a surcharge of $200.00 because the one I turned in for credit had a screen problem. That caused me to make an appeal on the new iPad because I paid full price for it and did not get the credit. I won that. I paid off the iPad in 2 months. Next thing I know I'm getting messages saying I owe $148.00 but my wallet says I owe nothing. I called and spoke to 7 supervisors over the course of 2 months, all agreed I did not owe any money but I kept getting bills requesting payment. My phone would not let me pay, why? Because it was smarter than Goldman Sachs. After 2 months of dealing with this company I could no longer take it and I tried to pay off the bill. Just to get away from this maximum level of incompetence I have never in 60 years, beheld. I would get phone calls from Apple Card saying everything was fixed and then they would hand me off to a payment specialist. 2 times this happened. Out right lied to me and even when I finally gave up I still couldn't make a payment. The account would not take the money even though the thieving scum took my $75 in Apple money I never even seen. So all in all, I have the receipt that showed exactly how much I paid for my iPad and my wallet that showed I had already paid $46.00 more then I was supposed too they still wanted money. In order to protect my credit score I finally gave in and payed, they had to get someone higher than a supervisor in order to unlock the account and steal my money. I know this is a long rant but I finally was able to cancel my piece of crap Apple Card today. And what gets me is the dumb ass on the other end tried to get me to keep the account. Lost it, started swearing. I apologized and told her to read 2 months worth of 7 supervisors making entries that I didn't owe them any money and then she would understand my strong desire to cancel the card. NEVER AGAIN. I am done with all things Apple. This killed it for me. I have a Microsoft Surface Pro on the way. Goodby Mac. Goodbye Goldman Sachs.
