I'm just going to resize my current MBP drive by adding a 64GB partition and then installing Lion on that. That way I can go back and forth until all of the bugs are worked out. Seems logical right?

I've just created a bootable clone of my snow leopard install on an external drive, so i can use Lion as my main OS but boot into my old snow leopard system if i need to.

All my data is stored on external drives anyway (my boot drive is just OS and Apps) so everything is available under both systems, just incase

I like this idea and will probably do the same. Thanks for sharing....
