If you were to save your blobs on 5.1 or 5.1.1 on your A5 device now, then later upgrade to 6.0 (hypothetically), you would no longer be able to flash back to 5.1 or 5.1.1 as more than likely we can assume Apple will fix the hole used by the exploit?

That's a good question to tweet at the devs. My guess is that no one will know until the beta of iOS 6 drops
 
Turn off wi-fi

I am paranoid. I even turn off wifi every time i plug the iphone into a power source, so that it wont upgrade to 5.1.1. And 6.0 is coming out soon? Please kill me, i am so paranoid. lol :D

Yes you are.
If you're jb even if you wanted to update ota to 5.1.1 you cannot.
The process will error out and obviously it wont either install automaticly without your input.

Oh, so it will only download automatically, but will not install by itself?
(It has been downloading, about 10 %, but i paused it).
