Coaching a youth soccer team and was wondering if anyone knew any greats apps. Thanks

I've been using http://coachbobapp.com for the past couple of years. For U9-U12 soccer. It's not great by any means, but it is extremely useful for the on the sidelines coaching with the iPad. Saves me from dealing with subs while at the game.

I currently use TeamSnap http://www.teamsnap.com for all the off the field stuff. Wish there was a bridge between the two.

I've used TeamSnap in the past but found 2 things annoying.

1. It was a hassle getting everyone on the team to join because they had to either download an app (which worked if they had an iphone) or use the website, which doesn't work well on a mobile phone.

2. It was costing me $10/month and I ended up paying for it myself...

Then I discovered TeamSite - I got all the same functionality for free and it's much faster and simple to use! ... and you don't have to install anything.. It's just a website that looks and works well on any device (looks like an app on smaller device). My players can just click the emails on their phone and will be taken directly to our teamsite...

The layout of Teamsite is a lot better too since it has a team wall (similar to facebook) where all important information gets posted (recent game results and stats, team messages, comments etc.) - with TeamSnap I always had to click on all 10 tabs to make sure I didn't miss anything.
