Social Aggregator App

Hi Guys

Been looking for such a app for a while now and not been able to find anything.

Has anyone used a Social Aggregator App for the iPhone ? I would like something that can pull freeds from the like of Twitter,Facebook,Flickr,Youtube,Digg etc....

Any help would be great

If you just want to follow these services, an RSS reader will cover most look for NetNewsWire. It even synchronize with Google reader.

If you want to be able to post, TweetDeck will do Twitter and FaceBook...
