I'd say copying latitude, longitude and altitude separately is extremely uncomfortable. If I was doing it sitting at my desk, maybe I'd take time to copy them one by one. Keep in mind, iOS multitasking is still quite uncomfortable. They need to be copied at once, all of them.
Also, a GPS track recorder seems a must to me.

Extra mile app might be useful for you

I'm looking for an app that tracks my routes with time stamps and catalogs/compares them. Does this app accomplish that? Thanks!

We recently released Extra Mile app. App can track your trip on the map, log distance, fuel cost, date and time and driving pattern.

We would be happy to add extra features for our users. Let us know what you have in mind.

Download it for free at:

I like the app. I was wondering if it could be made to center the screen on it's current location, vs it coming up centered over Europe and having to scroll the screen over to its current location?

Cool. I am trying to figure out what to do with the coordinates when I copy them over to the clipboard. And, I actually have to find out how to paste them into another site if I needed to use them for something.

You just hold down in the place you want to paste it and then a little pop-up should say 'Paste'. If you want to send an email or sms it pastes then in automatically in the App.
