SOCKS Proxy under Mavericks 10.9.2 Macbook Pro Retina 2013 Late

Hi,

I seem to have problem configure a SOCKS Proxy with Authentication as a System wide Proxy under System / Network / Proxies / SOCKS.

When I configure the same SOCKS proxy with username/password under uTorrent for example ,the same proxy works correctly.

So i think its not about my firewall (Little Snitch) or anything (ports not being open on my ISP Router)....Still strange
