Soft Click Options in OSX?

When using a macbook or a magic trackpad, I am looking to replicate the experience I am used to on a windows notebook, specifically when you 'soft click' on a window and keep your finger down to move it.

Any ideas on how this could be accomplished in osx? Also, if anyone has a better suggestion for the thread title, let me know, I didn't know how to phrase it?

System Preferences > Trackpad > One Finger:

• Tap to click
• Dragging
• Drag Lock

Was this replaced by Three finger drag in 10.7?

Ah, didn't think about Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, the ones I posted are from Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.

Maybe thats my issue... I'm using 10.7 and I thought it was something that worked before, but I just assumed it was just something I remembered from using windows laptops.
