Apps Softphone SIP client for apple watch

I couldn't find it when searching the forum, but is there a soft phone/sip client for the apple watch? I currently use BRIA on the iPhone (Zoiper didn't do it for me) which is fine when being called, but I cannot call out for the (internal 3-digit) extensions.

If you know of one I'd really appreciate it!
