Mine:

Locking the iPod, pressing the home button and sliding to unlock immediately causes open application to quit. It drives me insane!

Any others to report??

tha sounds like a problem with the device, I have my music app open most of the time and lock my touch and later will come back to it and unlock and its still open, so it could be something is a muck with your device

Nah, It happened with 1.1.2 and 1.1.3, 1.1.4 fixed it as it was listed as a bug fix, and my Pwnage'D 2.0 has it again.
