I remembering reading somewhere once that I could use my Airport Extreme Card and some option in Mac OSX 10.3 to emulate an Airport Extreme Base Station, creating a "software base station."

I've searched on google, but can't seem to find this information anywhere. Does anyone know how to do this? I'd really like to know. Also, can only Airport Extreme Card equipped laptops connect to my software base station, or can any wireless card do that?
