Is there a master list of 3rd Party software which has been definitely shown to disrupt browser functions, etc. in Mountain Lion ? My Safari Browser has ads which are continuously scrolling. Clicking and dragging the browser window leaves the toolbar behind for a few seconds. Click-on responses are delayed. Note that all this is in Safe Boot . . which results in no sound, no videos. The primary issue is that the computer crashes right after the hd rainbow wheel stops turning. Screen gives a brief vibrating waggle, and goes black. Going to contact Apple about that . . and revert to Snow Leopard if no positive results. Disk utility showing code issues with iTunes which won't clear. Don't think a reinstall of Mountain lion will resolve that.
