Software compatibility with reseantly purchased TerraTec Cinergy Hybrid stick

As the title indicates I recently bought a "TerraTec Cinergy Hybrid Stick", trusting the salesman when he told me that Mac compatible software was included. Sadly that was not the case. That being said I now find myself in somewhat of a pickle, since the more common: EyeTV, does not support the "TerraTec Cingergy Hybrid Stick". So here goes my question, what other EyeTV equivalents is out there, and does anyone have any experience in using that particular software with the "TerraTec Cinergy Hybrid Stick"?

(PS. If anyone actually got the stick to work with EyeTV, then please reply also, since it is me and not the software that is at fault then :))
