software for backup on NAS ( Qnap )

Hi till now i used Synk, but is not been updated since a long time, on 10.8 and 10.9 gives me errors on autoseved files and last day CPU vas at 130% for Synk

so i finally decide to look for some other app, the good of synk is tha t you can specify non just backup but also a sync with folder
and it can mount network disk... i'm not sure which other software ca do that
