software for balanced score cards?

Does anyone know if there is any software that can help me produce a simple balanced score card for mac osx or os9??? I need to make a balanced score card for school. It is a balanced score card for Apple Inc.

i can not find anything. Even a webbased solution would be helpful if it would exist.

what are the chances of that. I am also looking for this exact same thing. I am doing my MQP at WPI, and my partners name is chris also. Weird. So yea, if anyone can help find this software, it would be really really helpful.
