What we use...

Used Daylight for a few years, out of desperation as our favorite database product ACT was no longer supported by the makers. Since our company went with intel macs we are back on ACT and run it with parrells. Frankly, we fill Daylight was a terrible system and ACT just blows it away. So, we don't like running "windoze" software, but ACT for a customer database is just great.
