Software Opening Internet Explorer

Hi there,

In many of my 3rd party applications, there are links to the Internet. Most of them, when I click, open Internet Explorer instead of my default browser, Safari.

Is there any way to change this and make it open Safari instead of Internet Explorer? If so, what?
