I'm trying to decide on wether or not I should get the 2010 refurb 15" or the 2011 13" MBP. I was wondering if the 13" would have software/applications, whatever they are called, that the 15" wouldn't have? I also want to know if the 13" comes with more updated versions of the applications that are on the 15".

Help is very much appreciated.

Thanks!

ALL Macs come with the same applications, unless they were customised. But refurbs normally just include the standard software and the 15" will include the same versions as the 13", but the product descriptions should note what versions of what software you get when you buy the refurb.

For example, this refurb offer has all the software that is installed upon the MBP listed on the right side, including versions.
And if the refurb comes with not updated software, you can always run Software Update.

The 13 will have Facetime that the 15 won't (due to the camera upgrade in the newer Macs), but that is the only one that I know of.
