I want to embark on a project and could use a recommendation for software that will allow me to do what I am envisioning. Thank you in advance.

The situation:
I am putting together packets of information for a review board that will be interviewing candidates. These are pretty intensive interviews and each candidate has submitted me a ton of information. Historically, I have made copies of all that information and included it in binders for each member on the board. 5 board members interviewing 20 plus candidates equates to a lot of paper and fairly cumbersome binders.

My vision is to make this information digital and streamline the operation. Of course I could scan all the information into pdf's or do some generic power point or something; but I envision an interface where the reviewer can click the name of the person and then be able to select which piece of information they want and be able to add remarks or comments, highlights, etc to make it easier for them to prepare for the interview and quickly access all the information during the interview instead of flipping back and forth through a huge binder.

I know at least half of the board uses Macs, but I need to prepare for Windows compatibility as well.

Any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
