Software recs for making HIGH_SECURITY PDFs?

Hi, I just went Mac last week so I'm a Mac newbie. I regularly convert Word docs to high-security PDFs--not just regular PDFs, but PDFs with special restrictions, like for example readers may not edit or copy. I used PDF Factory for that on my PC, but that software does not come in a Mac version. Any recommendations?

Yes, great feature.

Command P > PDF drop down box > Save as PDF > Security Options... > Require password to copy text, images and other content.
