I am interested in finding a software program that would allow me to have an easier workflow while writing. I've been looking around and trying some things out, but nothing seems to be right. Here is what I woulk like to be able to do:
-Have a blank page to write on, like a text editor
-Be able to select certain text and have it be a clickable link to a new page specific to that text. Ideally, the first or "main" screen with the links on it would remain open and the new page would share (by splitting) the screen.
That is basically the idea. I think that I could do this with html, but I don't want to go through the trouble of creating the layout and the link everytime and having to make a new file for each link.
If anyone has any suggestions for a software program that might do this I'm all ears.
