Is there any software out there that will batch convert files to UTF-8? I have been using Text Wrangler and all the encodings for the files are in Western (Mac OS Roman)
 
iconv (you can get it through Fink etc.) will do that from the terminal.

[edit: just noticed that OS X comes with it, you don't need to download.]
 
Encoding Master seems like something that would work for you. It has batch prossessing and converts dozens of different file types.

you mean i didn't have to write a php script using iconv to do it. *grumble*
