Software that will notify me when a page of a website is updated?

Does the said page have an RSS feed? Many pages nowadays do. look for the little orange RSS icon or a little orange radio wave icon. If there is an RSS feed you can use any number of programs from Safari to My Yahoo to track site updates. The BBC has the best info about RSS feeds that I've seen http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/help/3223484.stm#whatisrss

It's been a part of Netscape browsers since around Communicator, version 4.

I'm using Firefox version 2.0b1 but you should find it under the Bookmarks menu or where it used to be in the bookmark's properties.

na, that is RSS

basically, it will update title in your bookmark once the target page has new entry.
