Software to always open webpage in firefox or safari

Hey, I heard about a software a few weeks ago where you could set it up so that a certain link always opens in a certain browser. I didn't need it at the time, but now I could really use it, and I can't remember what it was called!

I searched "app that opens certain links in certain browsers" in google and it was the 7th one down. Glad I could help
