Software to auto-backup data to a server via FTP

Does anyone know of any programs that will backup data automatically to a server using FTP transfer? I know that .mac does this, but it is way way overpriced. We also already have an abundance of web server space that we could use to backup our data.

Can you not setup a regular ftp client like Cyberduck and use the apple automation?

Just an idea.

deja vu can do this too, however its not universal binary yet as far as i know.
