iPod Software to automatically play songs

I know there's hundreds of iTunes add-ons but is any piece of software that automatically starts a specified playlist when you open iTunes? I'm lazy . . . I'm also on OS X Tiger

You could create a new workflow in Automator and keep a shortcut in your Dock.
