Software to compare files (name+size)

I'm interested if there exist a softaware for OSX to compare all the files in two different folders, suppose they all have same name, but the size is not the same ?

I just realized it can be done just by browsing and comparing each but still may take some time if I only want to select the ones that are not the same.

Ya I know it's a little steep for what it does. Just thought I'd throw it out there. Some folks just don't like to mess with Terminal.

It is very steep, if it was $5 or even $10 its the sort of utility I'd buy without a moments thought, but for utility that does just one thing, and you are probably initially looking to buy for a one-off task, IMO its way too much.

They should drop the price to under $5 and put it in the new app store, they will probably sell 100x more.
