Weird question, I know, but I'm going through a long back up and I'm finding a lot of different versions of the same folder.

I'm using dupeguru (good software it seems) to look for duplicates, but sometimes I want to look at a folder with a few files in it and compare it against a larger set of folders to see if that smaller folder has any files in it that aren't in the larger set I already have... if that makes sense...

Any software to take one folder and compare its contents to that of another?

The issue with dupeguru is it doesn't discriminate, so it can delete half the stuff from one place and half from another. Thanks...
