Software to drive lobby display

Hey all - I am having a hard time finding software to control an LCD display in the lobby of our non-profit. I'd like something that can show one of many different short videos with scrolling banner at the bottom and maybe ads along the side. Shouldn't be that difficult to find, right? But alas. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

please keep me posted. i know what kind of software you are talking about but when I did some looking around, it was all PC based.
