Software to enable momentum scrolling with Intuos tablet?

I've been using SmartScroll to enable iPhone-like scrolling with my tablet (Intuos 4). It worked great up until recently. Now it's jerky and unreliable. I've been in touch with the developer, who has tried to help, but to no avail.

Just wondering if there are any alternatives?
